Nicholas Arkis

Nicholas Arkis

From an early age, indeed for as long as he can remember, Nick has loved the adventure of exploration. Nick has a B.S. in criminal justice, but will always consider himself first and foremost a philosopher. Logic and reason - the scientific method and good old human curiosity - drive him. Nick hopes to continue a great tradition rekindled in the Renaissance and propagated through the ages by great thinkers: spreading enlightenment. But let’s have a little fun along the way too!

Nick Thompson

Nick Thompson

Nick is the founder of Cognize LLC, a digital creative agency based in Denver. He is responsible for designing and developing the Mile High Sanity Project site. Nick has a B.A. in Design Management from the Art Institute of Colorado, and is self-taught in web development. While his expertise is neither in science nor philosophy, Nick derives creative inspiration from these areas of study, and employs technology in order to encourage freethinking and reason.
